Herbert Diess confirmed as head of the Volkswagen group

Herbert Diss, who left BMW to join Volkswagen in 2015, is therefore confirmed in his role as Chairman of the VW Management Board, a position he has held since April 2018.

Focus on electro-mobility and digitization

Volkswagen plans to invest more than 35 billion euros in electricity and thus launch 70 electrified models by 2030. Objective for the firm: to sell 26 million units in ten years.
